Customer Success OS is run by Greg Humlicek. This page explains what information the site collects and what happens to it, in plain language.

What this site collects

Email address (required) and first name (optional), only if you sign up for the free AI Toolkit through a form on this site.
Anonymous usage analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

That's it. No cookies for tracking, no ad pixels, no selling or renting your information to anyone.

How your email is used

To send you the free AI Toolkit you requested.
To send occasional emails about Customer Success OS, including launch news and founding-member pricing.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes one click and works immediately.

Who processes it

Email signups are processed and stored by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), the email service this site uses for delivery. Kit's own privacy policy governs their handling of that data. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages.

Removing your data

Unsubscribe from any email to stop all future sends. If you want your email address deleted entirely, reply to any email from this site and ask, and it will be removed.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
